Membership Transactions
You can easily become a member by clicking "Member Login" on our bellona.com.tr website and entering information such as your name, surname, e-mail address, password from the "Register Now" option.
From the "My Account" tab, you can add/change your membership information, contact preferences, addresses, and perform all transactions related to your orders.
Order Transactions
Check out the product/products you like on bellona.com.tr and add them to the cart for purchasing.
Add the invoice and delivery address of the product/products you want to purchase, or select the address you have previously registered.
You need to contact us for address change.
Determine the cash and installment options by entering the credit/debit card information.
Before confirming your order, check the information you entered and change what you want to change.
After entering and checking the necessary information, check the box indicating that you have read and approved the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement and complete your order.
Maximum Delivery Times by Product Group
It is very important for us that your orders are delivered to you without delay. In order to avoid any problems during delivery, you must enter your address and contact information correctly and completely. The delivery of the products will take place within the delivery time determined according to the product group.
Our maximum delivery times according to the product group;
- Upholstered Product Group, 35 Days
- Panel Furniture Product Group and Base - Headboard Products, 45 Days
- Our Bed Product Group, 21 Days
- Delivery Time For In Stock Items, 10-15 Days
Delivery and installation processes are done by us completely free of charge.
Product Types and Definitions
STANDARD PRODUCT: These are products that do not require installation and whose features are not changed in line with the wishes of our consumers.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT: These are products that are specially produced in line with the wishes of our consumers and/or require installation. For example, armchairs whose fabric color and type are changed, wooden material and similar features are changed, all kinds of panel products that are installed and assembled, furniture are products produced with special measurements.
HYGIENE PRODUCT: These are mattresses, pillows and other home textile products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene.

Address change
If you want to change your order, you can contact us via our customer service number 0 850 222 33 99-444 33 99 or by using the Contact Form .
Cancellation – Refund Requests
To cancel or return all or part of your order, you can perform your transactions on the "My Orders" tab on the " My Account" page.

At the beginning of these, the main principles of protection of Personal Data with KVKK are regulated. The Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement created between bellona.com.tr and the customer regarding electronic commerce are stored electronically for 3 years.
